Information we collect
When you submit a contact form, consultation request, or inquiry, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, company, and a short description of your project. We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. payment card numbers, health, or biometric data) through this website.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation, prepare a proposal, or deliver the services you have engaged us for. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database hosted in secure, ISO 27001–certified data centres. Access is restricted to authorised members of the London Digital Agency team via authenticated administrator accounts, and all data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Security practices
- Row-level access controls on every database table.
- Administrator privileges are granted to named accounts only and cannot be self-assigned.
- Encrypted transport (TLS) for all browser and API traffic.
- Internal back-office actions require sign-in with a strong password and support secure password reset.
- Regular automated security scanning of our application and database.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies needed to keep you signed in to the administrator area and to remember your form preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this website.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact details below and we will respond within 30 days.
